Forrest Yoga with Conrad

Based on modern sports science, Forrest Yoga with Conrad helps you to get the most out of your time in class. Each class is different, based around being able to stretch and strengthen the body for positive effects whilst minimising the risk of injury.

Using gentle, simple poses, breathing techniques and sequences of movement, Conrad teaches you how to build core muscular strength, increase flexibility and joint range of motion, while at the same time, enhancing your mind-body connection.

Forrest Yoga is an excellent style of Yoga for those with injuries or other limitations.  The level of intensity can be adjusted to suit many different fitness levels making it excellent for all, regardless of physical ability or experience.

Restorative Yoga with Ucci

Ucci Ask is a full time, highly regarded yoga practitioner who is bringing her distinctive teaching style to Gosforth Physio & Wellness in January 2017.

Ucci will be delivering her in-demand 6-week Restorative Yoga course, which focuses on sequences of supported yoga postures and breathing techniques to assist the bodies’ natural healing process.

This Restorative Yoga course will help you learn how to relax and rest deeply and completely – and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
