Q: What do I need to bring to the class?

A towel and a bottle of water: we provide everything else.

Q: What should I wear?

Loose fitting clothing, jumper / sweatshirt to warm up and cool down in.

Q: How do I know when I’m ready to move up to the next level?

Your instructor will discuss this with you at the end of each course. Remember that we are all different and not everyone will progress at the same rate: it is not a competition.

Q: What happens if I miss a class?

We have done our utmost to keep all classes away from school and bank holidays. If you do miss a class you will be given the opportunity to attend the next available class that has a space

Cancellation Policy

Please note that any treatment appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged the full treatment cost.
