Many injuries are caused by muscular imbalances within our bodies. Conventional physical therapy can often result in a person being given a set of exercises that may be too difficult, or too hard to tolerate. Those exercises may cause too much pain; equally, you might not be aware how to correctly position your body for maximum results – and that is something that Pilates teaches you to do.
