Member of the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology. 

Victoria qualified in 2011 from York St John University. Initially beginning her career as a junior Physiotherapist in the NHS gaining knowledge and experience within core clinical areas. Alongside this she worked in the private sector supporting clients with sporting injuries, recovery from injury, joint pain and post-natal return to exercise.

In 2015, Victoria started working as a Senior Physiotherapist specialising in Neuro Rehabilitation. Over the last 5 years she has developed extensive knowledge and experience working with clients who have a neurological injury including spinal and brain injuries, stroke and long-term conditions. 

Victoria has developed a special interest in movement control and recognises the impact abnormal movement patterns can have on an individual’s function. Movement analysis is key to identify muscle imbalances and address abnormal movement patterns. It was this interest which led Victoria to commence her training in Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute.

She also is a keen sportswoman, running half marathons with Pilates helping her fitness. This interest in health and performance led her to become a level APPI Pilates instructor.. She is currently a Senior Neuro Physiotherapist with the Newcastle NHS Trust while enjoying teaching Pilates part time with the Gosforth Physio and Wellness Clinic.
